Strategic Market Access Analysis
Assessment of the regulatory feasibility of products and target markets, identifying opportunities and barriers before you invest.

International market access
I help companies assess regulatory risks, interpret international requirements and make more confident decisions to enter new markets.
The landscape
Exporting is no longer just a commercial matter. Each market has its own requirements — and many companies discover them too late, when the investment has already been made.
Phytosanitary and zoosanitary requirements that vary by market and product.
International quality and safety standards that change with each destination.
Growing demands to prove origin and supply-chain integrity.
Environmental and social criteria increasingly embedded in market-access regulations.
Certificates, licenses and registrations required to enter target markets.
Seals and accreditations that qualify a product to circulate in specific markets.
How I can help
Specialized support focused on regulatory security and strategic decision-making.
Assessment of the regulatory feasibility of products and target markets, identifying opportunities and barriers before you invest.
Monitoring and interpretation of requirements and regulatory shifts in the main global agribusiness markets.
Early identification of risks and non-conformities before exporting, avoiding costly surprises down the line.
Specialized technical support for decision-making in agribusiness internationalization processes.
Diagnosis
Every export begins with critical doubts. My work is to turn uncertainty into strategic clarity.

Priority markets
A highly structured regulatory environment, with a growing focus on traceability, sustainability and rigorous documentary evidence.
Fast-evolving markets, with increasingly sophisticated regulatory and sanitary requirements that are strategic for agribusiness.
Commercial opportunities that demand upfront regulatory assessment and a clear read of local institutional dynamics.

About me
Over the last 20 years, I sat at tables where it wasn't just trade being discussed — it was decided who got market access and who didn't.
As a veterinarian and former agricultural attaché in Asia, I watched from the inside how sanitary, regulatory and political decisions define margin, volume and positioning. And if there's one thing I learned, it's this:
Most losses don't happen for lack of information. They happen because the decision came too late.
I've seen companies lose markets because they failed to anticipate a predictable regulatory move. I've seen volumes redirected because nobody translated a sanitary signal into action.
That's what led me to build Asia Agro Intelligence™. A method that organizes what looks complex — and turns it into practical decisions.
So you no longer have to react to what already happened. You can act before.
